These are the 2 key resources that got me started on my journey. Looking back, their advice isn’t perfect for everyone (as no advice is), but the common thread is that they focus on healing the gut as the necessary first priority. Additionally they both emphasize cutting out all processed food, incorporating nourishing food, and removing all grains and beans (temporarily, not forever) which allows the gut to heal.
